Legal notice is hereby given that the PARMA CITY COUNCIL will hold a public hearing on April 8, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. or as soon as possible at Parma City Hall to consider the following:
APPLICATION: Zoning of Property deeded to the City of Parma from Farmer’s Co-Operative Ditch Company which is planned to be annexed and zoned Community / Service Commercial (C-2).

FILE: AZ-2025-01 (Pioneer Ditch Company – Hexon Ditch)
PROJECT SUMMARY: The property consists of approximately 2.58 acres. and runs on the north side of Hexon Road between Sand Road to the east and Wamstad Road to the west. The property will reman a ditch.
PROJECT LOCATION: The site is located in unincorporated Canyon County and runs on the north side of Hexon Road (if Hexon were to run through) between Sand Road to the east and Wamstad Road to the west.
Application materials are on file for public inspection at Parma City Hall, 305 N. 3rdStreet. Public testimony is encouraged at the public hearing and written comments will be accepted no later than five (5) working days prior to the public hearing to be included in the packet, however written testimony will be read into the record at the Public Hearing. Requests for accommodation can be made by calling the City Clerk at (208) 722-5138 at least three (3) days prior to the public hearing.
