Legal notice is hereby given the PARMA CITY COUNCIL will hold a Public Hearing on October 7, 2025, at 6:00 P.M. or as soon as possible at Parma City Hall to consider the following:
APPLICATION: Variance from Setbacks.
APPLICATION BY: Mick Eels, River Valley Framing LLC
*FILE: VAR-2025-02 (328 North 12th Street Block 2, Lot 6)
PROJECT SUMMARY: The applicant is requesting a variance from setbacks as a newly constructed home encroaches on a utility easement.
PROJECT LOCATION: The site is located in Pheasant Run Subdivision on Block 2, Lots 6 and 12, also known as 328 N 12th Street, Parma Idaho.
The application materials are on file for public inspection at Parma City Hall, 305 N. 3rd Street.
Public testimony is encouraged at the public hearing and written comments will be accepted no later than five (5) working days prior to the public hearing to be included in the packet, however written testimony will be read into the record at the Public Hearing.
Requests for accommodation can be made by calling the City Clerk at (208) 722-5138 at least three (3) days prior to the public hearing.
